How to treat bad sunburn??

Almost everyone likes to take sunbathing. After all, this activity itself brings a lot of pleasure. It is known that substances that directly affect the mood are produced in the human body under the influence of sunlight. In addition, sunbathing gives the skin a beautiful golden or even brown tone.
Sunburn is the result of producing melanin in the outer horny layer of the skin. Along with this process, the skin undergoes some negative influence. In particular, drying and weakening of the upper layer of the skin occurs. Therefore, it is very important to use special means to take care of it.
No matter how much you sunbathe, moistening the skin on the whole body is the most important part of the care. It does not matter whether you are sunbathing on the beach or in the solarium, the radiation adversely affects the skin, drying it. If it happened that you have a sunburn and painful feelings, we will tell you about the most effective ways to calm the burned skin:

5. Aloe vera gel. It is a real life-saving ingredient that will not only refresh the irritated skin, but also stop the peeling process.
6. Honey. Apply honey to the burnt areas and cover it with gauze.
7. Black tea. It is necessary to make strong tea, wait until it is properly absorbed, drain and wait for cooling. Using a cotton cloth, apply black tea to the necessary areas.

What type of soap do you use? Today, many people use antibacterial soaps which are supposed to destroy bacteria and germs and protect your health. But, these soaps contain chemicals which are proved to be carcinogenic and cause more harm than good.
Namely, recent studies have proved that many cosmetic and beauty products, including antibacterial soap contain chemicals, such as triclosan and triclocarban.
Kyung-Chul Choi was lead researcher in South Korea at the National University and the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology and along with his colleagues from Chungbuk he conducted a study about the effects of triclosan and triclocarban on the hormonal system.
It is proved that triclosan is hormone disruptor. Other research proved that it imitates estrogen and that results in adversely affects the production and the activities of other known hormones such ash testosterone.
There are separate studies which have proved that triclosan has negative impact on the endocrine system and causes abnormal cellular formation and it is proved that it causes breast cancer.
Tests conducted on animals showed that the EDCs were very high in both daily and long term exposure.
Octylphenol Is Equally Carcinogenic
Octylphenol is antibacterial compound and it was scientifically proved that it causes abnormal cellar growth.
Both, octylphenol and triclosan significantly increase the growth of abnormal cells.
There are many separate studies which proved that triclosan and triclocarban are causative agents for many ailments and health issues including endocrine disruption, skin irritation, bacterial and compounded antibiotic resistance etc.
Beyond Pesticides and the Environmental Working Group (EWG) are groups of people who inform people on the dangers of triclosan. Namely, these groups try to bring to light the fact that triclosan is an endocrine-disturbing synthetic (EDC). It is important to mention that they have petitioned the FDA to prohibit the use of this chemical in soap production as well as other cosmetic products.

Do you Know that the Different Types of Body Fat Reveal the Fattening Cause?

Have you ever wondered why you have failed to lose weight even if you put effort in the gym? All the money you’ve spent in the gym, with miraculous pills or diets based on different types of foods can be recovered if you will be more careful to your daily habits.

The answer to this dilemma can be found in the largest fat deposit of your body and can be directly linked to your lifestyle. Some habits can be vicious for your health without knowing.
Below we present six reasons of body fat concentrations.

Type 1 – Inadequate diet

Yes, as you well know, eating excess food and sugar leads to obesity and is one of the most common causes of obesity. By reducing the amount of ingested food and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, you can have surprising results. Doctors advise to eat little and often, ie five meals a day – three main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and two snacks between meals.

Type 2 – Nervous stomach

People who have a “nervous stomach” often consume sweets, chocolate for example, when face tense situations and full of stress. Excess consumption of sweets can be triggered in states of depression, stress or anxiety. To reduce or to stop eating sweets, it is important to relax, try not to have to deal with stressful situations. You can gradually replace artificial sweets with natural ones: fruits.

Type 3 – Gluten

You can be overweight because of gluten too. Try to gradually avoid products containing gluten (wheat, barley, oats, rye) and do physical exercises. Also, if you have a job that involves sitting at your desk, do not forget to get up every 60 minutes from your chair. If you have frequently diarrhea or constipation, you feel tired all the time, analyzes show that you do not have enough vitamins and minerals in the body, go to a doctor to test your gluten sensitivity.

Type 4 – Atherogenic metabolism

Those who have fat deposits on the abdomen may also have trouble breathing. It is recommended to quit smoking, drinking alcohol and fatty foods. Cardio exercises should be part of your daily routine, in addition to those for your abdomen.

Type 5 – Venous circulation

People who have substantial deposits of fat on the hips and legs may have problems with blood circulation. Stairs climbing and running are the most effective fat burners in this case.

Type 6 – Inactivity

Sedentary lifestyle leads to obesity and other health problems. This case is as common as the first – inadequate diet. Try to walk as much as possible, don’t sit for hours in front of your computer and / or TV. Go out and do more exercise.
